About
Tiffany Bostic is a native of Columbus, GA…In 2007 she moved from Columbus GA, for a fresh start. She moved to North Carolina in search of a job, and ultimately a successful career.
Prior to moving to North Carolina, physical fitness had become her lifestyle and she absolutely enjoyed it.
When she arrived to North Carolina, she hired a personal trainer to help keep her in shape. The trainer noticed Tiffany had the discipline that could propel her into a very lucrative industry, and that she would be great at being a personal trainer as well. It took some time and belief in herself, of which was confirmed through much prayer and consistency in the gym. Tiffany has become her own walking billboard, of which many people from social media, in the fitness industry began to encourage her to take it a step further.
She enrolled in St. Augustine University to learn more about the human anatomy, so that she could be more effective in coaching and training. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Wellness. Along with her degree she obtained a IFTA certification that gave her the additional credentials needed to be successful in the field she chose as her new career.
A year into a graduate program at North Carolina Central University, Tiffany decided that this was simply not her passion and made the decision to pursue her career in the fitness industry. In 2014, Tiffany launched, Bostic Total Body, LLC.
